In Memory of

the late Mr. Thomas W, Holton, of Steeple Claydon. and formerly of Hill Farm, Lillingstone Lovell. The Rev. W. Hazeldine officiated. Many members of the Buckingham Rural District Council were present at the funeral at the Parish Church The chief mourners were Mr. and Mrs, D. Harries (son-in-law and daughter), Mrs. Robins (sister-in-law), Mr. M. Roads Merry, Mr. T. Roads Merry, Mrs. Wallace, Mr. T. Culley, Mr. W. Culley (vice-chairman Buckingham R.D.C.), Mr. J. Culley (Buckingham R.D.C.), and Mrs. J. Culley (cousins). There were many beautiful wreaths. Mr. Holton had represented Lillingstone Lovell and later Edgcott on the Buckingham R.D.C. H© was also a keen churchman and one time served as churchwarden. At Hill Farm, Lillingstone Lovell, he was greatly interested in Shire horse breeding.
